What are the steps in the process?
The process begins with an online application, you can find the form below. Our talent manager will review your application and if you meet our requirements, schedule an interview(s).
After the interview, you will be added to our Consultant Roster. When the client needs support it, you will be moved to the active consultants collective and at that time sign a contract and complete onboarding.
What are the requirements for being a consultant?
Requirements include the following:
10+ years experience in one or more areas of expertise (e.g. Product Management, Operations, Human Resources)
Looking for fractional work and ready to operate as an independent contractor
Naturally curious, strong critical thinking skills, and genuine interest in helping others

Are consultants employees?
All consultants are independent contractors, and operate under their own business identity.
Is there a guaranteed minimum number of hours?
Due to variability in client needs, we cannot guarantee minimum hours for any consultant.
