Our 6-week strategy intensive will kick start you on the right path to achieving your Big Vision. With 4 group training sessions and 2 individual coaching sessions facilitated by Edge Collective Experts, you’ll learn how to break your goal down into tangible, actionable steps and receive individualized advice on how to apply new concepts to your specific business. At the end of the course you’ll walk away with a clear strategy and roadmap to get there.

Cost
The Strategy Intensive course includes 6 hours of classroom training and 2 hours of coaching across 6 weeks for $2,000.

Maria Nguyen
Maria is an exceptional growth strategist and operator with 20+ years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies drive growth. During her decade long tenure at Deloitte, her work included strategies for entering into new products/markets, innovating new business models, and mergers & acquisitions.
Maria also has led corporate strategy and business operations at Chegg, LogMeIn, and Citrix, where she specialized in designing operating models that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and transformation at scale.
Passionate about leadership development, she has built and mentored high-performing teams while pioneering new approaches to market expansion and business model innovation.
Shawn Cahill
Shawn is an accomplished executive and strategist with 20+ years of experience leading growth, transformation, and product innovation across retail, footwear, consumer products, and technology.
Shawn has held senior leadership roles at Nike, Saucony, DSW, and Rite Aid, where he drove global product creation, brand strategy, and enterprise-wide transformations—delivering revenue, margin, and brand-building results. Shawn began his career with Bain & Company and McKinsey, building a strong foundation in strategy and operations.
Passionate about building brands and mentoring teams, Shawn brings a proven ability to combine creative vision with disciplined execution to deliver sustainable business impact.
Lara Anderson
Lara is a gifted leader in talent strategy and organizational development, with more than 25 years shaping culture, leadership, and people programs at Nike and beyond.
