Overview
Have an ambitious goal but struggling to make it a reality?
Our 6-week guided strategic planning process will kick start you on the right path to achieving your big vision. With 4 group sessions and 2 individual coaching sessions facilitated by Edge Collective strategy experts, you’ll learn how to break your goal down into tangible, actionable steps and receive individualized advice on how to apply new concepts to your specific business. At the end of the course you’ll walk away with a clear strategy and roadmap to get there.
Format & Schedule
Week 1: Defining Your Vision (90min)
Get sharp on your vision and targets for growth
Week 2: Building a Strategy Plan (90min)
Translate your vision into a strategic plan by breaking it down into key themes, and then identifying the capabilities and resources required to realize your vision
Week 3: Coaching 1:1 with a Strategy Expert (60 min)
Meet with an Expert 1:1 for individualized guidance on your vision, targets, and strategic plan
Week 4: Activating Your Strategy (90min)
Create an execution roadmap for your strategy plan, including prioritization, sequencing, and an assessment of your readiness to execute your plan
Week 5: Coaching 1:1 with a Strategy Expert (60 min)
Meet with an Expert 1:1 to prepare and plan for activating your strategy
Week 6: Activation and Monitoring (90min)
Learn strategies to activate your team, mitigate constraints, and manage performance as you kick-off your growth journey
The next session of this course begins November 5th, 2025.
Cost
The 6-Week Strategy Program includes 6 hours of classroom training and 2 hours of coaching across 6 weeks for $2,150.
Meet the Experts
Maria Nguyen
Maria is a growth strategist and executive with 20+ years of experience leading companies at the intersection of strategy and execution to deliver revenue growth, go-to-market transformations and operational improvements.
Maria has held executive positions at global technology companies where she has built functions from the ground up -- strategy, corporate development and business operations. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chief Strategy Officers and GMs. In her earlier years, Maria was a management consultant at Deloitte where she helped Fortune 500 companies innovate, accelerate and scale for growth across media, banking/payments and technology.
Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Maria has built and mentored high-performing teams while delivering measurable growth and business outcomes.
Shawn Cahill
Shawn is an experienced Strategist, Product Creation & Innovation, and Merchandising Leader. He spent the first chapter of his career at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company crafting new market entry and growth strategies for companies in multiple industries. He spent the second chapter at Nike, Saucony and DSW where he led product creation and merchandising teams across Men’s, Women’s and Kids and in multiple performance and lifestyle categories.
Most recently, Shawn has been advising early-stage brands on brand positioning, market entry, and execution. He is a passionate consumerist who enjoys helping brands define their market position based on consumer insights and outlining a product and merchandising and go-to-market strategy in service of that position.
His growth philosophy is to obsessively define the brand’s purpose by listening to the voice of the consumer and then creating authentic and distinctive product.
