Maria Nguyen
Maria is a growth strategist and executive with 20+ years of experience leading companies at the intersection of strategy and execution to deliver revenue growth, go-to-market transformations and operational improvements.
Maria has held executive positions at global technology companies where she has built functions from the ground up -- strategy, corporate development and business operations. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chief Strategy Officers and GMs. In her earlier years, Maria was a management consultant at Deloitte where she helped Fortune 500 companies innovate, accelerate and scale for growth across media, banking/payments and technology.
Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Maria has built and mentored high-performing teams while delivering measurable growth and business outcomes.
Shawn Cahill
Shawn is an experienced Strategist, Product Creation & Innovation, and Merchandising Leader. He spent the first chapter of his career at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company crafting new market entry and growth strategies for companies in multiple industries. He spent the second chapter at Nike, Saucony and DSW where he led product creation and merchandising teams across Men’s, Women’s and Kids and in multiple performance and lifestyle categories.
Most recently, Shawn has been advising early-stage brands on brand positioning, market entry, and execution. He is a passionate consumerist who enjoys helping brands define their market position based on consumer insights and outlining a product and merchandising and go-to-market strategy in service of that position.
His growth philosophy is to obsessively define the brand’s purpose by listening to the voice of the consumer and then creating authentic and distinctive product.
